Hi there, and thanks for stopping by this site. My name is Don, and I'm a computer geek. I currently work as a systems analyst for a telecommunications company, and I own my own Internet applications company. My life is full of logic, all day long. Logic rules lives such as mine, and that can be both a good, and a bad thing. Logic is rigid and inflexible, logic causes us to over-think things and when we can't find the solution to discard them. Logic, can hide truth.

You might be wondering by now exactly why I've bothered to make this web site. Well, simply put I wanted to relay events in my life which led me to where I am today. The events which you will read about here do not fit into the tidy little containers that logical folks like myself like to place things. They simply didn't fit in my mind, they made no sense. It has been quite a struggle for me as I progress down this road, and I hope that my little stories help to explain this journey. I want to explain that how I am able to overcome my logical nature, so that I can continue my journey.

I suppose I should take a moment to explain the "journey" that I have referred to. The journey started when I was born and continues even now, it is my journey with God. Though many times in my life I turned my back to God, he was still with me whether I knew it or not. This is the tale of my journey with God, and how my "logic" prevented me from truly being with God.

I should warn you now, writing is not one of my gifts. Within these pages you shall find many grammar errors, and what may seem like incorherent thoughts. I beg that you have patience with me, as I update and edit this site in an effort to improve the message I am trying to relay.

In order to try to make a little sense of this journey, I'm going to write this in chapters, with each chapter representing a time period in my life. Beginning with my childhood years, and up to the point where I decided to create this web page. Please use the menu at the top of the page to read about my journey.
